    We can’t get allulose in Europe, so I’m testing out different techniques. I am always annoyed when EWPP sticks to by bowl and I remembered one of your tests included adding egg white in the beginning. I added my EWPP to whisked 1egg+1yolk, stirred it into a paste and added in the end to whipped egg whites. The dough came out completely different, it was yellow and soooo fluffy 🙂 this bread is ready for scientific experimentation 🙂

    Yes please do a test of Keto Upgrade’s bread. Would love your opinion of it! Also have you ever added beef bone broth to your bread? I know Anita at Ketogenic Woman uses it in her bread. Thanks for all your experiments!

    I don't think the egg white bread taste eggie. The first couple I made was a little sticky on top and I was think it was because the loaf had not cooled. Before wrapping it up. Love the butter loaf have not tried the buns. I was not able to buy the egg yolk powder. Started using 2 raw small egg yolks and it works will for me. I put the raw egg whites in the with the powder egg whites. Put in 20 less grams of the egg white powder. Thank you for all the testing you do. I know it is very expensive now to make the egg white bread. It has been a game changer for me.

    I tried Keto Uograde yesterday and it was wonderful. I stuck it in my dehydrator at 100 degrees for 1 hour to rise. Hubby said it was the best bread I've made so far. Next to try is the oen you did with the grated butter. We really appreciate all the hard work and experimenting you ladies do for all of us.

    Was wondering about that if it gets moldy, and for me that is good to hear it means it's real food. I had different breads and rolls and hamburgers buns that just sat there for day and did nothing. lol lol I gave up eating that when I seen that happen. lol
