I eat eggs and spinach almost every morning for breakfast! Sometimes half egg whites andd half eggs. I love green onions in my eggs. Have a fancy night! I meal prep burgers every week and that's my lunch often. lettuce wrapped, double cheeseburger and no bread or w/ walmart keto bun.
