Nili you are living my “wish I would have” life. We lived out in the country and had plenty of room but listened to the career life. I will forever wish I would have listened to that call. Love your sweet family and your personal content. What a sweet family you have.

Not sure who I like watching more your children or your animals. Levi comes in with filthy, hands, playing with worms, but once a fork to eat his ribs with because he doesn’t like to get his hands dirty, he cracks me up!❤. The ribs looked great!

What we do with our deep freezer to keep it organized is put the different types of food in different color fabric bags (the kind you might take to the grocery stores). So for example, beef is in a red cloth bag, green for chicken, white for fish, blue for pork. Works out better for us and don't keep the lid open for too long if you know what you want.

Love your new freezer. So much space. Just FYI, baskets are great for freezers, but you give up space. When I got my half a cow I had to take out my baskets in my freezer to get the 94 pounds of ground beef and all the steaks and bones into the freezer. Organization or space is always a question when getting things into the freezer. I love my food saver. It is so easy to prep meat or even save meals when I cook more than I can eat in several days.

I've had my food saver for more than 20 years and have only gone through 3 of them, so I've been super happy. That is one giant freezer. Please be careful about opening it, you lose lots of cold air opening it. You can try to put insulation type material on the top of the food so when you open it, some of that cold air is kept where it belongs.

I love Steve's rub! I do change it a little, I only use 3 tablespoons of sweetener and I add a little cayenne pepper on the recommendation of my girlfriend and it was wonderful!!!!! I'll always use that recipe from now on!!! GOOD stuff!!!
I LOVE seeing the farm and the kids!!! So enjoyable!!!
