I grilled some boneless chicken thighs, thin chicken breasts, link sausages, and rib tips on my charcoal grill, all seasoned with Uncle Chris seasoning. I cut up the rib tips and put them on a grill pan. Everything turned out great. I had trouble controlling the flames but I googled and know what to do next time.
I would recommend a metal box to put the wood chips in so they dont burn as fast…I have even added some water to soak them while they are in the box on long cooks
I love true charcoal grilling and that chicken looks so good, salad too! I should know better than watch your videos when I'm hungry. I have a veteran in my family. Thanks for the shout out to the viewer/subscribers. Enjoy your peaceful day!
