I’ve taken note of the banana spinach muffins and the mini quiches, they looked delish. All the meals looked good. My sister bought a chopping board similar to yours, it’s on a slant and think both sides can be used.
Not good about your Dad having the pea stuck in the lung…..scary! I was always fearful when my kids were little about choking. Loved this video ♥️♥️

I’m not good at pre heating the oven!!! Those spinach muffins look awesome!!! I’m gonna try making them, we normally bin out over ripe bananas!!! We aren’t keen on pastry so we would leave the bottom off. I’ve hardly cooked with pastry.
Make chicken pot pie then serve it over scones.

FYI: If you want to take the chicken pot pie up a notch, you can add some steamed broccoli. It's whole new flavor to.it. it's amazing.

You did so well with the pies!!! I've done similar before but used a tin of condensed chicken soup as a quick cheat and used puff pastry on top and no pastry on bottom

That definitely gave me the urge to do so freezer meals, but as it's nearly midnight here in the UK I think I'll wait until tomorrow 💞
Hi Kat👋👋👋 I was so excited to watch, I love chicken pot pie and chicken enchiladas, all your dishes looked delicious when done👍👍👍 I never knew oats went into the egg bites, they looked so tasty🤤 I’ve made the pot pies before, from scratch and I’ve never par-baked the crust in advance, as long as your filling is thickened and cooled down before filling the pie shells they’ll bake beautifully and I also never used a cup of butter😳 I use 3-4 tbls at most, I’m glad you all enjoyed it. TYFS, this was a great vid and your ice-cream recipe is so easy, I’ve got the last one you did saved bc I’d like to make it sometime in the future.
