Is this the lady that made a vegetable, cheese, and deli meat spread for her 2 year old's birthday party instead of letting the kids have some snacks? Why am I not surprised that she weighs herself every morning?

Weighing yourself daily, never eating carbs, and writing down each calorie you eat is disordered eating ya’ll. Please don’t promote these actions, it’s harmful.

Love her content but weighing yourself daily generally is NOT recommended & can lead to obsessively disordered eating. Daily weight fluctuations are completely normal. As a dietician Im surprised she included that tid bit. Just for anyone reading this, do not recommend!

I weigh myself every day. I have lost 80 lbs, have kept it off for more than a year. But oh how easy it can go back on. I don't let myself go over 5 lbs. I love, love this lady. Her recipes are inspiring, so good and so helpful to me.

Why do you jump in the scale? Even if this is a 'a day in my life' not what every day looks like, just wanted to know if you are looking at weight for a specific goal? I have been very worried that I have such a bad spiral mentally when I look at the scale. So I have stopped looking. As also been told that muscle weights more than fat. Curious to your take on this.
