Can I be "that fan" and say that if you want that roast to be super tender, slow cooking takes it farther than the instant pot ever can! 🙌 It takes hours in the instant pot to get it to tenderize like the crockpot can over hours and hours of cooking! Jen is our guru, and there's nothing wrong with pressure cooking that roast, it'll still taste AMAZING, but that slow cooker is the kind of amazing you can't get with another piece of equipment ❤️
