    Y’all do know the human body is supposed to have food every 4-5 hours right? Your brain needs the energy. If you’re not trying to lose weight and just maintain what you have the 2,000-2,500 calories you eat everyday are just for basic everyday tasks like thinking and chewing. This is basically a binge eating disorder except it’s glorified as a diet.
