Love it!! Your kitchen is so beautiful!! Idyllic! Thanks for the tour!
He did great! I’d leave the brick!
I love your entire kitchen area… And you are, by far, bar none, the very best unboxing YouTuber ever. I always have questions whenever I’ve watched other peoples’ unboxing videos, but with you, you answer every single question that comes up in my brain so yes please release the pro plus video that you said that you have to edit and also please do the und boxing of the 6 quart air fryer when you get it. Thanks so much Nili!!
Great kitchen tour! Since I have a small kitchen, I got lots of ideas from your video to store my gadgets. Thank you!💕💕
You have a really wonderful kitchen!
Personally, I love the brick in your "green room"~ but I'm weird. Can almost see the cooking that must have gone on in that corner over the years. You're right though, if you're not going to have a functional wood stove there, it's taking up valuable real estate=) It absolutely IS "the perfect YT kitchen". Your thoughts on creating pantry along those walls is brilliant, considering a pantry doesn't need to be an individual room, per say. Might even end up w/even more storage space by going kind of long & lean along those walls, especially if you end up w/an 'L' shape where the fireplace corner is~ how exciting!!
Love your house so much, & it's so familiar to me I think because of the area. I basically grew up at my aunt & uncle's "big white house" on Redland Rd, which stood all by itself at the base of the hill where Steve's Mkt is/used to be? Not sure if that store's still up there or not. There were zero neighbors for well over 100 yrs, then they built a minute mart across the side street, w/a little pizza shop next to I think. Anyhow, amazing history in Oregon City~ a place that is near & dear to my heart. My Aunt Pat was the main elevator operator of the city monument elevator for over 40 yrs., & my Uncle Bill drove truck for P.I.E. They bought that house for $6k in 1969, then sold it for almost half a million, about 15 yrs ago~ craziness!
Anyhow…🎵Those….were the…daaaays🎶right?!
*Oh gosh, almost forgot to say; WOW JEFF!! That is some beautiful work mister~ you are seriously gifted, & I know that was some big love & effort invested. Curious to know where you found that wood too~ rather stunning. Especially against that shade of green on the wall, & how it picks up the flecks in the countertops too?! Amazing eye. The bus tubs are SO smart~ I wish I'd thought of it…about 20 yrs ago=)
Thanks for sharing Nili, that was fun to see🤸♀️🎈So happy for your spiffy space! Hope you're having a peaceful wknd~ God bless you guys~ Sammy in AZ
Beautiful bright kitchen. Love it.
I was thinking maybe a bench on the far side of table will give you more seating.
Your husband did an amazing job on your coffee bar. I hear you about not having enough kitchen cabinets, we only have one for food and I have a corner lazy Susan for spices and stuff, keep everything else in the pantry.
Unbox please. I bought the 4qt because of you unboxing the air fryer and showing how it works. Was a bit intimidated by air fryers before your unboxing because I didn’t know how to use it. I was betwix and between deciding on one and it helped me decide. Thank you 😊
My kitchen scale is used to measure ounces and grams when a given recipe calls for measurements by weight instead of volume. Recently the most use mine has gotten is to measure 8 oz. of pasta when making half batches of pasta recipes!
Kitchens are messy, like every other house. My kids are grown and out of the house, still shuffling the mess from one side to the other. Kitchens are just that way….junk draws, appliances, mail, dog food and water bowls….on and on it goes…neat pretty kitchens are for magazines, not real life. Sunday nights it looks great, then Monday……yeah, lol…..🤪. Your husband is a talent in construction, awesome gift. He’s a keeper. 🙂. Really nice gift.
Yes! Please edit the unboxing video! I'd love to be able to post the link to it on the IPC to anyone who might want to know all about it!
have a yd sale & sell your LG air fryer. I just sold my drawer air fryer yest at our yd sale.
I would like to see your vlog on your unboxing of your instant pot. I love my 6 qt IP. I. make yogurt in my pot.
Can I ask how the hubs attached the top to the metal racks
I was going to make the same suggestion as Kelly Flynn did. That would give you a lot of storage in the kitchen and a nice large dining room as well.
The mahogany is stunning! I love how you decorated the shelves, so charming! I love the windows around your sink, so beautiful to see outside :). Thanks for sharing how you organize your lovely kitchen. Organization goals!! :). You should see my house girl!! I could clean in the morning, by the evening the counters are filled with all the interesting things from the day… there are just 3 of us!
Are you going to cover the brick? I hope not! That Mother's Day gift is beautiful!
Have you looked into doing a banquette-type dining area, benches w/storage along the two walls, and a longer table?
🖖
Awww, that was a fun tour of your kitchen. I love getting ideas from others. Your husband did a great job.
I'd like to know about battery life on your kitchen scale…
I think you should make the brick fireplace area into the pantry. Make shelves at least 1 foot deep. I would put a full wall cabinet and drawer set against the wall in the green room. Floor to ceiling cabinets, maybe deep drawers on the lower part.
Omg I wish my husband was handy 😆 love what your husband did!! Love your channel!!!
hi, I am new here… found you from the Serious Keto interview.
So just a thought… what if the green room became the dining room. It seems like it is big enough to be able to put a table in the middle of the room. Then the dining nook could become the appliance storage.
But the kitchen is beautiful and the new appliance land does look really nice. Also, I am not sure how putting a table in the middle of the green room would impact traffic flow.
I am a Ninja Foodi fan… you are an Instapot fan… but I think we can still be friends 😂
Hey sis Nili! Happy Belated Mother's Day to you! Nice kitchen tour you did I am giving you a suggestion to put a cover around your Kitchen Aid stand mixer because that's what I do if I am not using it that often. Check your Kitchen Aid stand mixer size how many quart it is so you can get the cover for that size.
Nili, this have given me so many ideas, thank you for taking the time to show us. I have that large chrome storage rack and one shelf holds my pizza pans, muffin pans, bread molds, etc. in a laundry basket. Excellent idea to have your large mixer at the ready, I move mine back and forth and it is soooo heavy. One more thing I wanted to mention. I made Hawaiian rolls for the second time, had a tiny bit of egg yolk in the whites and they fell pretty flat. However, I did have hot dogs and was looking for something to put them in and the rolls worked fantastic as a wrap!! Who knew???
Wow love that area!!!!! Gorgeous mahogany topper and shelves. Whoot to your hubby!!!!! Nice!!!!
Where do you get your steel from
