Congratulations on completing your first race 9:34 Nili!🎉🎉💪💪👏👏 Intervals are good to build up your endurance. Also over time and as your cardio capacity improves, you'll notice that your resting heart rate will come down. You won't see those real high rates that you are seeing now.

My tip for eating sushi I make, is to just roll the keto friendly ingredients in the nori without rice. Or if I have made rice for other people I will use only a tablespoonful spread in a strip across the nori. Then I like shrimp, cream cheese, cucumber strips, real crab, strips of a slice of cooked bacon. I don't miss the rice when I leave it out, or if it is a tiny amount. I just love sushi.
