It’s so funny… I’m watching your replay and I’ve got a tray of sweet potatoes roasting in the oven. I just might try the recipe that uses sweet potatoes… of course I’ll have to make a few changes so I can eat them. But, that’s no problem. I made oatmeal cookies fir my husband today, but not as healthy as yours. I added coconut and butterscotch chips to old fashioned oats recipe. But yours looked really good! The apron, so cute!
