I suppose that many Singaporean Chinese, particularly those in the Gen X and early Millennial generations, have fond memories …
How do you find that honeycomb wok? I'm toggling between that and a marble/maifan wok

Wow haven't eaten this for nearly 2 decades after my parents decided to go the healthy way. I have already forgotten the taste…..
Maybe i should try this for the family for the once in a while indulgence.
What brand of pig trotters you used? Is it the yellow color can?

No PIGS feet for me sorry! 🙄
Good old favourite 👍 thanks Roland
Well pork trotters are new to me! I looked it up and likely will find canned trotters at my local Asian market. I have childhood memories of my Polish elders making jellied pigs' feet. I thought then, and still do think, it was really gross! It turned out like Pigs' Feet Jello! That memory stuck very clearly all these decades later. Thank you for yet another great cooking instruction. You guys are the very best.
That's my dad's favorite! Next time I will add chai-sim too!
