This is not sweet potato pie, this is sweet potato casserole. For me I would never consider using white sugar (only brown), and cinnamon is pretty much mandatory for all things sweet potato, but you do you.
The crunchy topping is likely some combination of flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter. Pretty common streusel type of thing.

Being back in the apartment and hearing "since Pasta left" was a kinda upsetting reminder how bloody long this pandemic has been… and its technically worse now than when crap was locked down. You know, its almost like our (well, you're, i'm canadian) leaders have been wildly incompetent… or something.
