This is my all-time favorite Hispanic food.
Living in South Florida for 32 years I've had the pleasure of eating some phenomenal Ropa Vieja. They don't make it here on the west coast so I was trying to find a decent recipe for it. The only one I could find had a lemon sauce & I hate lemon.

If you cook Latin food often try not to use Sazon it has many chemicals. Just mix achiote powder, cumin coriander paprika oregano and black pepper and it has the same effect.
