I don't like the juice that collects in 7 layer etc either.
If you don't want to chop the tomatoes and don't want the juice, you can get chunky salsa and let it drain in a strainer for a while. You you get all the flavor without the juice.

This is off the subject, but I didn't know how to get a hold of you to pass on a recipe! This is for a tuna macaroni salad: (I'm not fond of tuna, but this salad is so good!!
1 small box of ring or
shell macaroni
1 can tuna-drained (I
used a small packet
of tuna)
1 small jar of green
olives-
slicedreserve 1 Tblsp of
juice for dressing
1/4 cup chopped
onion
About 3 stalks of
celery–diced
Dressing:
1 c Miracle Whip, not
mayo
1 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp of olive juice
Cook macaroni, drain and rinse. Mix everything else, but dressing in a big bowl. In a small bowl mix dressing ingredients then add to macaroni mixture. Tastes so good immediately, but usually serve chilled, if it makes it into your fridge!!!

I believe that Mexican corn dip would be good in a corn tortilla with the shrimp inside. Just a thought. Going to try all of them.

Jess get Trader Joe's corn & chillies salsa , their crumbled feta , and chopped orange pepper mix all together .it's called corn dip .don't drain the juices .

That taco dip needs tostada chips! I would have left out the olives and substituted them for jalapeños. I never use olives in anything Mexican.
Ive never known a single Mexican person that uses olives in any Mexican food, or even Mexican type food. I wonder where using olives originated…🤔
