My breakfast game would be different if I had a partner who got up early and took care of all this. lol. This would be a good dish for meal prep people who are trying to put on some size. Those walnut crumbles would certainly be calorie dense. And always say yes to greens. Any of those greens could be swapped out with personal favorites, even the asparagus could be swapped. Frittata's are one of those clean the fridge scenarios. This may also be a dish that would benefit in flavor by a half teaspoon of liquid smoke?! Keep up the great work! PEEEAAAAAACCCCCE!
