In today’s video I’m going to show you how to make the world’s smoothest hummus recipe. Inspired by my trip to Israel, this silky, velvet-like liquid gold recipe will …
I made this last night and it is incredible! Not lemony enough for me so I just squeezed an extra half in at the end.
Your tahini is available on Amazon (al arz). π
Israel was founded in 1948, hummus dates back to the 13th century. Good recipe, but there's no such thing as Israeli hummus.
May I ask about your shirt π…simply put…where can I order it
Girrrrrrl I need it. Lemme go to the store real quick. Ugh…..I could eat hummus all day. One of my professors was from Israel. She used to bring in pans of hummus on some fridays and that was the best hummus I'd ever had in my life.
You look so cute! Love the hair! Above your beauty thank you for this amazing recipe! Watched this twice, bought the tahini frim Amazon.
OMG I want to make a bathtub's worth of this and just sit in it for like 17 days….
OMG, I made this last night and it actually worked! I used to soak the chickpeas in plain water and then boil them with sodium bicarbonate but it didn't make that much of a difference in terms of their hardness. Let me tell you, last night I was shocked at how soft soaking them in sodium bicarbonate made them! Plus the combination of ingredients… turned it into the best hummus I ate, not even those I got from a store could even compare! So THANK YOU for the recipe! <3
i love fool…and foul…and fouling around with peas…chick peas. and as kelis says: my Khoomoos (milkshake) is better than yourz! you are good girlfriend. you know your shmakidadi. allaho-mozel! a true semite salute to you.
fun fact, the hummus and fool(beans) is an Egyptian dish because they are famous for eating fool for breakfast and dinner because its a poor man's meal that's affordable and yummy. so they have become super creative about how you can eat fool.
I used your tips (instant pot cooking method with onions and bay leaves and processing the garlic and letting it sit in the lemon juice) and integrated it with my hummus recipe that I had already made and it was AMAZING. I just add a lot more lemon juice and cumin, and today I put in some parsley from my garden and it was so good. Thanks for this video!

I've never seen hummus that smooth in my life
I see that Israeli tahini π€©π€©π€© but next time you're here try har bracha, best tahini ever.
Awwwesome tips! Thank you ππππ
Baking soda destroys the goodness in food. Chick peas are easy to sprout, just small sprouts. The benefit of doing this is that unsprouted beans are acidic and sprouted beans are alkaline.
Thank you. I have been doing a basic hummus recipe. Chickpeas, lemon juice, olive oil, and Mrs. DASH seasonings.
Does pressure cooking the chickpeas reduce the nutritional value at all?
Iβm drooling. That hummus looks perfect. π₯
So silky I canβt wait to make this hummus

Where did you get your t-shirt!!
I just made this recipe and my instantpot literally exploded π idk if it was the chickpeas or the baking soda but I cooked them for the time you said and the beans were not even beans anymore they were just mush and they started exploding through the release valve. Lol I have no idea what happened. I still followed the tho with the mush and oh my goodness the best hummus everrrr! Definitely worth it π
So neat! I am going to Israel next month. And I have heard of this restaurant! Canβt wait to try this out
Trying this right now. Except i dont have bay leaf. Or fava beans
Wow! Shocking to see so many anti-Semitic comments on here. Although, I really shouldn't be shocked as anti-Semitism is really in style these days just like pre WW11.
YOUR HAIR!!! stunning
maiii goshshsh π
Dearest edgy veg. I made your hummus and Omg so very good. The best hummus I have ever made. Thank you for sharing.
Henya would be proud of you xD.
Finally actual hummus recipe! I tried it in Israel too and fell in love immediately! π
Disappointed to see Candace visited and is glorifying the settler colonial state that is βIsrael.β How can you be vegan while visiting/supporting such places? Sad to say I have to unsub.
I'm so excited to try this and just put chickpeas in the fridge to soak. My Instant pot is 6qt. Is that too big for this amount of chickpeas? π
