I am baking this right now and have about 20 mins left and there is no JUICE . Where does the juice come from?
I just tried this, unfortunately it did not come out as nicely cooked. I think that my mistake was using skinless chicken. I did not achieve the golden brown color or texture.

I don't get the appeal of garlic powder. Even looked at the science of how it works but the flavour never really appealed to me. I use it but you treat it like a rockstar in a band, I tolerate it. Love chicken thighs though so 'try this after my fish craving.

I know this is an older video but do not clean your chicken. It does nothing except get rid of proteins from the juices. You are quite literally making the chicken unhealthier by doing this. There is zero benefits.
