2 – 3.5oz packages of instant french vanilla pudding mix
1 – 8oz container of whipped topping or cool whip thawed
    3 cups milk
    2.5 sleeves of graham crackers
    16oz container chocolate frosting
In a bowl mix together the pudding mix, milk, and cool whip
Add a layer of graham crackers to the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish it is okay if the crackers overlap

Microwave the chocolate frosting until melty. Pour the frosting over the top of the graham crackers and refrigerate for at least 2 hours

Looks delicious and easy! Your daughter is so cute and a good little helper. Enjoy every minute with her because they grow up so fast. My daughter is grown, married and has a daughter, It just seems like yesterday year she was helping me in the kitchen like your little one. The older I get the faster time seems to go by. Thank you for sharing for sharing this easy recipe! I can’t wait to try it!

This is such a delicious recipe, I saw this recipe many years ago on a Paula Deen cooking show when I was a teenager. I made it for Dad’s birthday, and it was soooo goood!!

Oh, Julia! It's so nice to see one of your videos again!!! You ALWAYS have the VERY best original ideas or recipes, which are always three things: (1) Tasty, (2) Easy, & (3) Budget friendly! I think you're the consummate housewife and mother. You're so sweet to your kids, like letting this little one help! She did well too! Li'l cutie!
Thanks! I can't wait to try this!! BTW, do you have a cookbook yet?

I’ve been making this eclair for 25 years, it’s my son’s favorite. He requests this when he comes home. I make it on Holidays, church events and family get- togethers. ❤
