Add powdered sugar to the heavy whipping cream. It will stabilize it. I also always add a pinch of salt and a dash of vanilla extract. It will hold in the fridge for days.

I just found your channel. I love your crockpot, especially the saute function!! I know it's Cuisinart but can you, or anyone else reading this, tell me which one this is? Please? Your recipes look amazing!!

Lol no sponsorships with that food processor 😮😂😂😂. I have had my food processor for 16 years absolutely love it. In that same time I've also burned through at least three blenders. I need to upgrade to the Cuisinart. I think I have a Black & Decker.

Potentially controversial opinion here: you did not need to use the food processor to make that cheesecake. The recipe did you dirty. Food processor may make it easier, but you could crush the Oreos with a rolling pin. It wouldn’t be as fine as a crumb, but as long as you didn’t have big chunks, it should be fine. And the cheesecake filling mixture could be blended together with a hand mixer. I don’t know if you want to make that recipe again since you aren’t the biggest fan, but I think you could skip using your food processor if you wanted to try it again.

Food processor is easier to put together empty 🤣 If you haven’t used it to make your own bags of grated cheese you’re missing out…and wasting cash on prepped food. It’s a pain to clean but I do those big Costco blocks and freeze the shredded mozzarella in portion bags.

I make whip cream all the time, the trick is to start slow and gradually increase your speed. You have to watch for when peaks start to form, and hold shape when you pull your beaters out. I also use Dr Oetker Whip It as a whipping cream stabilizer. If you beat your heavy cream too fast, you’ll end up with butter.

So – it is just me or do you use more than the 60 in a single package of the Earth Breeze a month? I bought a "full year" of 12 of them and am ahead of the one package a month. We're a family of 6.
