Good morning Chef Jeffrey!👋🏽 That looks so good! But I'm telling you, you couldn't get me to eat nobody's black-eyed peas when I was little. My mother, my Big Mama, and my aunties tried their best to get me to like it. I just never, to this day, never liked the taste of the bean itself. And they were all some great cooks. I'm better now. I can tolerate the taste. But I do like the bean soup mix that has black-eyed peas in it. Strange. Lol

Hey Chef Jeffery! I Love Black Eyed Peas and Ham Hocks. 😂Nice and creamy. Good meal to eat for New Year's Day. It brings good luck for the 2023 year. I finally got an air-fryer for Christmas Chef. 😊 Now I need An Instant Pot. I will invest in one. Thanks for sharing. Have a blessed Happy New Year 🎉 and good luck throughout the year. 🙏 💘

Happy New Year Chef Jeffrey. I don't have an instapot so I'll be doing mines on top the stove in my dutch pot. using the leftover ham bone from the Christmas ham and some added neck bones. Your black eyed peas cooked up perfectly and looks delicious. I'll be serving mines with roasted pork shoulder, collared greens, cornbread and rice.

Heyyy Chef Jeffrey!! I'm not a big fan of Black-eyed peas, BUT if I visit a "good trusted cooks" home and they have a pot… I'll eat a lil bit for traditions sake. 😊💖💝♥️Have a blessed and peaceful night everyone!!!🌆

I have a very large ham bone, and I'll make blackeyed peas with green bell peppers and onions like you're doing. Chitlins are now $40 for 10 lbs, so I'll be doing neckbones for New Years. I have some frozen collards. So I'll be "traditionally" ready!
