that tastes better with Ponzu sauce instead of soy sauce. ponzu sauce looks the same as soy but it's superb on sashimi and raw veggies. mix this radish also with spiraled cucumber and I promise you won't be disappointed 💋💋

The first time I'd ever seen a daikon radish was in the movie, Samurai Assassin. The kunoichi, female shinobi, hid knives in the daikon.

I'd sooner consume the wasabi by itself. Daikon is the most tasteless vegetable on earth.
Daikon Radishes are excellent. Smoke one or Roast it. You can boil it and mash it like potatoes basically 😋

Try a raw potato that way. Probably be just as good. In my family we just peel a raw spud, cut into thin rounds and season with Season All. I think I’m going to try it with Dano’s.
