I lean toward plant-based eating and have family members on keto, sounds to me like both are good choices over what we are presented via mass-marketing from the sugar and food-processing industries. I think this is one recipe I need to try!

I was hoping you would do more keto information. Never heard from anyone I would trust. Now you I will watch.
But now it sounds like I won’t be able to do it. I have had food sensitivity test done. I have to start staying away from cow dairy, egg whites and egg yolks.
From watching this one I would have to see if substitutes and if it would work. If you could do more keto so I can see if there is anything I might want to try. TIA

I was diabetic on two types of insulin, 4 shots per day, several heart attacks (unbeknownst to me) and a triple bypass before the age of 41. I learned about keto and intermittent fasting at the age of 44. Weaned off of all insulin shots within 6 week, off of all heart/ blood pressure medications within 6 months and lost 75 pounds within the first year. So glad to see ya'll having success.
I've been following you for about 3 years and in the process of creating a permaculture food oasis here in the desert of Southern California, Slab City. I got a small flock of naked neck chickens last spring and 2 of my girls hatched out 8 chicks and abandoned 12 eggs. I hatched out 3 chicks, only 1 survived and is integrated into the flock. They are providing healthy keto food for me and creating living soil.
Ya'll have taught me so much and I continue to learn. I pray that you and your whole family are blessed abundantly!

These look great. I used to do keto and really liked it. However, I have Crohn’s and did not realize that erythritol, a sugar alcohol used in many keto recipes as sweetener (tastes great too), was a problem for the gut. I ended up with a flare (had been 10 years) and in the ER. A caution about using this sweetener as it is harmful to the gut. I looked up your Monk fruit, as I knew monk is usually only a small portion in a sweetener, and saw that the one you are using, the first ingredient is erythritol with some monk after that. Just a cautionary FYI. It’s too bad companies mislead in this way. It should be labelled “erythritol sweetener.”

What happened to your whole grains and milling? I love my Nutragrain Harvest mill. Did your whole grains make you gain weight? Its not supposed to and whole grain is heart healthy, good for blood sugar stabilize, anti inflammatory and cleanse arteries keeping digestive system healthy. I don't get why Keto and not eating whole grain foods?

Azure carries a brand of peanut butter that does not need to be stored in the refrigerator nor stirred up. The brand is CB's Nuts. It does come in an 8lb tub too.

The brand of Monk fruit that you showed in the video has erythritol in it, a sugar alcohol, which has been linked to heart attack and stroke. Another brand sold by Azure Standard, Pure Monk, lists only Monk fruit in the ingredients. Unfortunately, it's very expensive and not certified organic. The recipe looks delicious.
