I feel the same way about not counting the oatmeal if it's ground up or not. I don't count the banana if I blend it either. I don't count my Ketchup either.
I watched those 2 and cracked up the whole time!! Michael Symon says the only difference between grits and polenta is $5 a plate LOL!! Listen girlfriend I don't count my creamer, my sauteing oil, my ketchup or any sf chocolate sauce, sf caramel sauce or sf Redi-Whip!! I almost never have those things. The ff 1/2&1/2 is good and whips up!! You gave me some good ideas!!
I miss those 97% fat free hot dogs SO MUCH! Our Walmart stopped stocking them, and it makes me so sad! They were the perfect dinner. Boo! I used fat-free half and half, for a while, but then, I discovered that it has carigeenen (or however it's spelled), and I have enough inflammation, with my MS. I have no idea if switching to almond milk, in my coffee, will make the slightest difference, but whatever!

I don’t count catsup that I dip fries in. I do count it if it’s in a recipe that uses a lot. Good plan for the week. I can’t believe you bought turkey again. When we were in college, I had a late class three days a week so Ansley cooked supper for us. His menu was fish sticks and English peas every time. I haven’t eaten fish sticks since.and I really don’t eat English peas much either. He has expanded his repertoire now that we are no longer poor college students. Have a great rest of the week.
