    Hi Joan I love watching your videos I have problem with chocolate especially if I am down I just eat it and never track it,I have no problem eating healthy but snacks get me ,I am not really overweight but I want to be healthy and keep chocolate and snacking down have you any ideas thank you Joan .

    Absolutely love the veggie tray idea! We don’t use all that Costco dressing either, I use a balsamic vinegar and only a touch of the dressing, that’s a really good salad though isn’t it? Your food always makes me hungry!😆😁👍❤️
