    We each have to do what eating plan works for us at the right time that it works for us. I have done Keto in the past. It was helpful but not sustainable for me. I have weighed as much as 300lbs. I currently have about 18lbs to goal and have been back on WW the last 2 weeks. I am on the purple plan and enjoying it. By the way, I love your name 😉.

    I was doing the green plan but I felt like I had too many points and I wasn't using them wisely. So I actually switched to purple on Friday because I really want to set a lifelong pattern of eating more whole foods and being more selective about what "treats" I have and how often I have them.
