If you're having trouble with the quality of the video try on mobile, chrome or update your current browser. I'm curious to know if you did have any issues. Sorry if you did.

I'm not sure if you noticed but this video was filmed on a new camera! The channel had a great few months so we decided to upgrade to bring the highest quality video to you. We went from our Canon M50 to the Sony A7C. #sorrycanon Apparently I have some learning to do as it seems to have uploaded in a different format.

Learning as I go, the only way to do it!

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life." -John 3:16(bible)

"the wages of sin is death"-Bible. Therefore God the judge has given man the death sentence due to man's sin, but because of God's mercy, he gave himself(god incarnate/jesus)to die on a cross for the sins of the world. That means he paid our fine and if we trust in him God can legally let us go guilt free in court/judgment day and have everlasting life with Him
    "go and sin no more"-Jesus

I am so confused. I was and still following starch solution but as per my trainer said add more protein 100 grams a day and increase calories to 1500. My goal is to lose fat and gain muscle so I added dairy cottage cheese, yogurt and now tuna . But worried it’s not healthy and I am not losing what’s your advise I want to have food freedom help?!

I am just wondering if you wash the vegetables and even the fruits(strawberries) behind the scenes because i just see you grabbing them and start the process of cooking without a wash! Hopefully, you do it behind the camera .Great video 😀

Derek, somehow each and every video you make is incredibly inspirational as well as informative. You have no idea the role they play in my day-to-day. BTW, following in your wake, I'm down 19 pounds (174) and everything's getting easier. I plan to have unassisted pull-ups by December! Thank you!

You should actually educate yourself about running … this is … this is the same fail approach most people who lift have to running… it's just sad to see.
Still eating toast as well. You started off as a holistic nutritionist. But in the years since you started the channel your nutritional knowledge did not increase. You're showing the same shit as before. Still eating flour…
Think about your audience at least if you don't care about yourself enough to keep learning.
Dr Fuhrman will tell you to stop eating flour so you don't weaken your immune system. Especially important in the days of covid. It literally matters that much … the food we eat. You're not even a whole-foods person … like … they taught you that at school I am sure? Why aren't you going with it?

Thanks for your videos 🙂 love the full day of eating and lifestyle videos. That burpess pull up combo looks AWESOME. Definitely need to try that one out (and have a blooper moment as well :p). Okay but my main reason for commenting is to say… CELERY AND PEANUT BUTTER! Try it! You can make these little logs with celery, peanut butter and then raisins on top 🙂 Used to get fed it as a kid, probably to get me to eat celery, it worked!! 😀 Thanks Derek and Crystal 😀
P.S. Derek –> watch this! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hFZFjoX2cGg you will love squirrels even more!

My Indian husband recently turned vegetarian. He is planning to go full vegan soon. And I am very worried about his health, especially skin and hair. When we did his blood test and nutritional analysis, it said that he is a meat eater. Looks like all arguments are falling on deaf ears, and he isnt turning back. How do I keep him healthy? Love from Turkey ❤️❤️
