    Eggnog Cream Cheese Brown Butter Bites

    33 total – one tablespoon size pieces total

    Ingredients:

    8oz unsalted sweet butter

    8oz cream cheese, softened

    1 packet or scoop Eggnog Keto Chow (or your favorite vanilla protein powder)

    1 tsp vanilla

    1 tsp English Toffee flavored stevia (or your favorite liquid sweetener)

    ½ tsp All Spice seasoning (use the flavor seasoning to match what flavor Keto chow you use)

    Liquid Eggnog flavoring optional (When using alternate protein powder such as vanilla)

    Pinch of salt (omit if you use salted butter and taste first so that you do not over salt)

    Directions:

    In a saucepan melt 8 ounces unsalted sweet butter and cook on medium heat until the butter is browned.

    This process will take about 10-15 minutes so don’t rush this browning process. You can stir the butter occasionally.

    The butter will bubble and foam as it cooks, wait until you smell a popcorn or kettle corn smell then watch closely for the milk protein in the bottom of the pan to turn brown. Once you get the aromatic smell, start stirring the butter watching as it turns to a chocolate brown from the bottom of the pan up.

    Once the butter turns dark brown color remove from the heat. Don’t burn your butter

    Pour the browned butter into a mixing bowl and let cool in the refrigerator for 20 minutes until cooled off completely and starts to get thick

    Remove mixing bowl from the refrigerator

    Add in all the rest of the ingredients to the cooled browned butter and whip with a hand mixer until well blended. Don’t over whip

    Use Silicon Keto fat bomb or candy molds and place onto a silicon mat lined cookie tray

    Spoon or use a spatula to place or spread the mixture into the candy molds. You can use a spatula to scrape the mix into the molds getting the air bubbles out and level off the tops

    Sprinkle tops with nutmeg or cinnamon or the seasoning that matches the flavor you choose (optional)

    Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes to get hard

    Remove from the freezer and pop out the individual pieces and place into a freezer bag or container.

    You can take out a serving or a few pieces at a time and enjoy

    Macros per Bite: 71 Total Calories/ 1gram total carbs/ 7gram fat/ 1gram protein

    #CHOW Have been enjoying your ideas of eating Sardines since I have a feddish with sardines as well as your initial thought of them (disgusting)!! I am going to try your brand though and see if that makes a difference. Thank you for the give-a-way opportunity.

    I’m so excited, today is an “eat” day for me as I’m doing an ADF challenge for November. Today I’m going to make the bites with one of my remaining Black Licorice Keto Chow (sigh, a discontinued flavour, sigh) ‘cuz today I can kick the spoon! #chow
