why you Americans put garlic everywhere? thinking that we Italians do this.
Chicken broth is not good for risotto, it is used as a vegetable for delicate risottos or meat for savory ones.

I don't understand when people say the best risotto the best stoop the best this and that, why is yours the best ? How do you know ? Did you try all the risottos in the word ? Because your title says the best. Isn't it better to say ,my version of risotto so that way you don't cut yourself short and you don't want the criticism.
