Your skin looks GREAT! We did a Whole30 at the end of last year. We're still doing a modified Whole30. We feel GREAT. Love it. My husband has lost 30 pounds. I have lost 23 pounds. The weight loss was an added benefit for us. We went into it wanting to see what foods bothered us. We learned that we consumed WAY TOO much sugar before the Whole30.

I definitely see the difference in your appearance! You are glowing my friend! Congradulations on weight loss but especially inches! My appetite sucks but make myself eat same ole same ole. But did loose 12 pounds while sick…glad I lost but not how. Now concentrating on getting my strength back. I ride the gator to the barn cuz not able to walk long distances yet mainly because of my back. Pffft getting old sucks but I WILL be back in form ASAP. Especially my mid April for our family trip to the mountains with the horses.
