    Saw cool egg cutting technique in a video of a ramen restaurant, where they use what looks like a piece of dental floss tied to a random place in the kitchen. Because the line is so thin it cuts the egg easily without smearing or tearing the yolk.

    This is great! I've made Kentucky Fried Oyakodon a few times, it turns out amazing. Leftover chicken in with the rice, chicken stock instead of water, cook rice normally. Shred when the rice is done. Onions, etc simmered in more chicken stock to go on top.

    About how much (weight wise) bone did you use for this? I was thinking of using leftover bones from chicken thigh to attempt this, but I don't have that many. Also, would it help to add chicken feet to the broth to add some collagen?
