TIP: Don’t create want. When shopping stay away from the cookie isle, ice cream isle, bakery or whatever you struggle with. If you’re at a restaurant and a waiter walks past with dessert, look away. A fast food commercial comes on, mute the TV and look away. Don’t create want. Want can easily turn into I have to have.

I love this way of eating but I haven't been able to reach my goal weight (after years on keto, 100lbs lost, but gained 30lbs) went carnivore for fixing digestive issues but my weight is still not budging. It's frustrating but I'm trying to focus on my health and the fact that my digestion is much better.

Thank u for another wonderful video. I am 75 and have been ketovore (95% csrnivore) for 3 years. I enjoy seasonings to some extent and coffee wirh butter and a few drops of iodine. As I don't eat table salt, only Redmond's which has no iodine I thought I should supplement. I have about 15 lbs left to lose but my downfall is continuing to eat during the evening when watching TV
Even if not hungry I'll snack on bacon, leftover meat ir a few shrimp. Please continue with ur vids as I need to watch carnivore vids every day in order to keep strong and continue on. You two are a great inspiration.

I’m with you on this lifestyle. My first year Anniversary is June this is with a 3 month stall which I broke this past Monday so I decided to incorporate PSMF a week and a half ago. Well was I surprised today, I went from 212 to 205.5. I have an abundance of energy, no naps and way more stronger. I still have a way to go 75 more to lose. My personality changed, I’m so proud of myself😊. I’m 61 and going back to work in March, I work as a steamfitter here in the patch ( part time spring turnaround and Fall) 24 weeks.). I’ve gone from nearly dead to thriving.
