When I was pregnant I had horrible food aversions. The only time I could bear handling food without 🤮 was the middle of the night so I got heavily into meal prep. My child is 12 but I still gag when I see IKEA containers because of that time. I think the fact the food just isn’t great already and the repetition of unpleasant, soggy meals on top of the morning (noon and night) sickness just created a Pavlov’s dog reaction for life. I literally cannot stand the sight of Tupperware but the IKEA ones we used are the worst. It’s rather inconvenient.

This looks soooo delicious. People like you are lifesavers honestly.
How long do the everything sauces and food last in the fridge? Also is it hard to track calories with food like this? In your cookbook does is say calories per serving? I know healthier foods have lower calories I always worry eating like this I might underestimate what I'm eating and may not be eat enough.

I LOVE all your videos, but I would appreciate it so much if you spoke a bit more slowly. Even if it were only the editing that gives you a "breath" at the end of sentences, it would be helpful.

Hi Nisha! Love your channel. I'm not a vegan but I often come to your channel for plant based options or just delicious things! For the gnocchi tray bake, what flavor sausage do you use? Would a Mexican chorizo flavor work or is this geared toward an Italian sausage style? Thanks!

Wow, you are beautiful. Side note, extra virgin olive oil should not be heated, as it easily hydrogenates and creates trans fats. Plain olive oil is good for medium heat cooking.

Just made 2 of the recipes and both my almost 18 year old son and husband loved them both! Made the broccoli and beans and gnocchi, onion tomato and sausage. We had helpings of each and mixed them together. Sooo good! I have not yet made the Farro, but that looks good and I agree about having something like that on hand instead of grabbing for the bread is good. Love bread, but not all the time. xo

Ok I did this meal prep and it’s quite tasty! We’re not vegan so I did add some non-vegan protein items but one thing is certain – that “everything sauce” is AMAZING!!! 👍👍👍

You obviously have incredible knowledge of this infomation and your experience shines through. This video is tremendously helpful for me as I am in the "from meat to plant-based" transition. This video and the lessons taught are making my process smoother. Thank You for such a wealth of information and the intelligent, straight forward way in which it is presented.

Got sick too much being forced to eat leftovers as a kid. . . Now, meal prep is almost impossible for me cause my food needs to be no older than 1 day or I won’t eat it lol
