I have been wanting to get into "real" ramen after loving the cheap stuff all my life, but I live way out in the hinterboonies and could never just go to a restaurant and try it. You just made making my own actually seem attainable rather than being ludicrously intimidating. Thank you. I can't wait to try this.

What is a living wage what kinda factors are involved does someone with kids make more than someone without is the price of inflation per city town or state factor in. Why put that on the package for any reason other than marketing

Looks super tasty. The only things I would add to elevate this dish is making two-day marinated ramen eggs over the weekend, and using a broiler or a blowtorch to sear the chicken and give it a lovely char. Do these two things and chefs kiss perfection.

Instead of using the oven to preheat the bowl, you could put the soup in the bowl itself, microwave the soup and that will heat the bowl too. Then add the tare after. Not sure if it needs to be done in a specific order since it will be mixed together anyway?

For a quick ramen meal, I use a regular pack of ramen, then add ginger garlic green onion and cilantro or lemon grass. I fry the green onion and ginger really quickly in a pan first and then add the garlic and cilantro at the end bec they cook so fast. Then I add yellow curry sauce from trader Joe's and some eggs. Adding the pickled onions sounds awesome to me and I might have to give that a try. My combo also works well as a stir fry with rice instead of the noodles, spam makes a welcome addition too
