@naomijon next time wrap the whole garlic bulb not peeled the hole big bulb into tinfoil w olive oil. Put it into a dish and bake then you can squeeze the little garlics right out of its paper, no peeling needed.

for garlic, cut the ends off, and smash them with the flat of a knife! they basically jump out of their jackets, and it's MUCH easier to peel them.
get your garlic + big knife
place knife on its side on top of garlic, and press down on the knife with your palm
this will separate the skin from the garlic clove
(you still have to peel it yourself, but its much much easier)

Wet the garlic cloves. Water helps peel come off easier.
Using pasta water in ANY pasta dish is key it gets thick and makes any sauce stick to the noodles better save a half cup of the pasta water when u drain it.
