    @naomijon next time wrap the whole garlic bulb not peeled the hole big bulb into tinfoil w olive oil. Put it into a dish and bake then you can squeeze the little garlics right out of its paper, no peeling needed.

    get your garlic + big knife 
    place knife on its side on top of garlic, and press down on the knife with your palm
    this will separate the skin from the garlic clove 
    (you still have to peel it yourself, but its much much easier)

    for garlic, take the clove, and press it against the counter with your palm, the majority of the skin will come off, to all of it will come off. ——

    Babe crush the garlic with this method: take a knife and put the side of it on top of the garlic clove. Then take your palm and press down on the side of the knife and use the pressure to crush the garlic a bit. Then the outside skin will peel right off!

    For the Hwachae, there is a bit of trick there. For what I remember they usually put Chilsung or Sprite from Usa or Asia and I say that because for some reason Sprite in EU is kinda more on the citrus side and less sugary.
