For the fry waffle burger, I think I'll try it with raw potatoes that I'll grate, take out as much water as possible, and put in the waffle maker with cheese and oil. That way, there might be less water, and it might get more crispy?

Also, those OXO measuring cups are great. I bought them because you recommended them on a video a couple of years ago and I got the set. I thought it was what you had. They’re a 2c, a 1c and a 1/2c, but they also have the ml marked too for those who prefer metric. I like that I can use them to warm my milk in the microwave when making certain bread recipes.
