Loved absolutely everything I tried in this video!! I hope they can stick around a bit longer so I can take my kids to try them one day.

It's not disappearing, there lots of Chinese around the world. Malaysia and Singapore still preserved a lot of Chinese food. Chu Cheong fun with curry pork skin, so many types of stuffing with fish paste. Mince meat with sweet sauce. Those sauces are very special. Many of our descendants were from Guangzhou. We usually make it ourselves for breakfast. There ready made selling in the market. In Malaysia we are a multi cultural country with Chinese, malays and Indians so we enjoyed lots of varieties types of food. We are also very international with food name it we have it. Our economy rice with 60 types of dishes.

There are covid cases in Guangzhou, why you not wearing a mask repeatadly? Do you think you are an Aussie you don't need to wear a mask and try to let everyone know not to wear a mask at a public place in Guangzhou? Come on? Be responsible.

Interesting, the 濑粉 in HK is quite different…while the one in your video is more like 狗仔粉 (Doggie’s noodle), though I don’t like it so much as it’s too sticky for me
