Loved absolutely everything I tried in this video!! I hope they can stick around a bit longer so I can take my kids to try them one day.
It's not disappearing, there lots of Chinese around the world. Malaysia and Singapore still preserved a lot of Chinese food. Chu Cheong fun with curry pork skin, so many types of stuffing with fish paste. Mince meat with sweet sauce. Those sauces are very special. Many of our descendants were from Guangzhou. We usually make it ourselves for breakfast. There ready made selling in the market. In Malaysia we are a multi cultural country with Chinese, malays and Indians so we enjoyed lots of varieties types of food. We are also very international with food name it we have it. Our economy rice with 60 types of dishes.
I have been to the same fried ice place
I always wonder why food can disappear. After all, good things will always have the demand.

There are covid cases in Guangzhou, why you not wearing a mask repeatadly? Do you think you are an Aussie you don't need to wear a mask and try to let everyone know not to wear a mask at a public place in Guangzhou? Come on? Be responsible.

Peter Says: Thuan Q.
Interesting, the 濑粉 in HK is quite different…while the one in your video is more like 狗仔粉 (Doggie’s noodle), though I don’t like it so much as it’s too sticky for me
Curious how much a cup of that “fried ice”cost? Looked absolutely amazing 🤤
突然想说这中文字幕翻译的很地道哦
靓仔的衬衫要撑爆了

Amy, a shot of rum or vodka on to your fruit sorbet will be even tastier?
A very bad example of Peter using chopstick.
Very interesting foodie show presented by both, Amy's mandarin & cantonese sound so local. Make me want to visit Quanzhou, good job Amy & Peter. Regards from Singapore 🇸🇬. (*~*)
