Great idea to pre make your breakfast potatoes! I like to reheat mine in my Ninja air fryer so they can get extra crispy! And yes, I like red potatoes as well!
We are in the middle of our third round of Whole30. After our first one we did the slow-roll reintroduction and we're so thankful. It took time, but we were able to pinpoint foods that were bothering us and gain true food freedom. This go around our daughters are doing it with us. We are trying to figure out what is giving her GI issues.

Tho I don’t plan on doing the whole 30 month long diet I do like to try new healthier versions of recipes I enjoy so will be trying some of these. Love the chicken sausage idea for breakfast! The egg salad looks soooo good I’m going to try that for lunch and even cook them in the instant pot we have! How do you feel now you’re half way through the plan?
