On my way to a plant based diet. You have been very helpful. I agree we need to stick to our plan. One chip or one pizza leads to cravings for me. So thanks for the motivational talk.
A small warning about YOGHURTS, which are of course processed foods. I introduced oat yoghurt into my fruit salad for breakfast and although I ate just 2-3 tablespoonfuls a day, I put on more than a lb (I had reached my target weight). So I'm phasing them out of my diet and sticking to fruit only from now on.

I cooked sweet potatoes, stir fried Brussels, stir fried bok choy, crispy tofu, grain blend, chocolate oats, roasted cauliflower steaks, and made chimicurri sauce! and made my daughter French toast sticks with peanut butter chocolate sauce!! It was a big food day!!
