I got my pressure cooker yesterday, after work I will be cooking a whole chicken. Cant wait to try this recipie.
One more question, should you let the pressure come down naturally or do a quick release? Thank you!
The manual states that you should always add at least one cup of liquid into the pot. In this Video as well as the recipebook that came with my GoWise 8qt 12 in 1 there is no mention of adding water when cooking a whole chicken. Looking for advice. Thanks!
