Just found your channel. You are something else! Learning a lot from your experiences. I'm on a quest to improve my health. Started with drinking Kefir about 1 month ago. Noticed big improvements. Watched you and decided to try Kombucha. On the fence about it, but going forward anyway (who knows, I may not like it – not fond of drinking vinegar). Fermented two recipes from your channel: 1. Radishes, 2. Kimchi. Very pleased. (It sure stunk up the kitchen while fermenting. Whew!) Just watched Honey & Garlic this morning. Wow. So much information! Thanks for doing all the leg-work. I'm getting there. Were you a chef before all this? You must be the main cook in your family. Beautiful kitchen. Beauthiful house/windows. All that greenery. Anywhoo – wish my husband liked to cook – I could sit back and enjoy. Thank you again for all your knowledge.

I like to finely chop cilantro stems and add near the beginning (same time as garlic). It adds a huge boost to the cilantro flavor.
