You know the orange fluff everyone is making? My mother in law used to make something similar using jello mix, pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, cool whip and she said the recipe called for cottage cheese. I’m fixing to make it and use fat free and sugar free and it will have protein in it.

Oh this looks so good. Any hearty warm dishes are welcome right now. I’m just ready for Springtime and warmer days…. I’m just 9 days away from my Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm trip with my Godson. Between that and training with H‑E‑B I’ve been getting so excited I’ve fell off the wagon quite a few times these last few weeks. I’m promising myself I’ll get back on track after I get back. I’ll be jumping right back into your videos, tips and recipes. From the bottom of my heart thank you for continuing what you do it matters!!

Man, can i ever relate to the self sabotage. I do it all the time! If i recognize that I'm doing something right or making progress, I always inevitably do a 180 and go backwards. Not sure why I do this either, but it is so disheartening and makes me feel like I'll never make any lasting progress. 😢

Thank you for sharing this video. Whenever I feel like I’m falling off I’ve watched your videos explaining what works tips and just laying it out there. I needed this video this weekend. Down 11.4 since Jan 1. Scale isn’t going fast enough. I tell my self slow and steady wins the race. Keep continuing to make these videos. People like myself need them.

Loved this. I do the same thing. Make some progress and then self sabotage. I have no idea why I do that. I’m newer here to your videos and I love them! Thank you for everything you share!

Hi Ams! You're looking fiercely beautiful today, most likely reflecting your ruthless new attitude! I've been with you since June 2022, that's when joined WW and was looking for inspiration on YouTube and found you! I have made it to goal and now trying to maintain 45 pounds down from where I started. All I can say is "hang with it", it really does work, you will get where you want to be. Maintenance is a whole other thing…I have never done this successfully over time, but I too, am determined to stay where I am and it's all a mindset of this is my life of consistent habits and tracking! You will do whatever you set your mind to! I'm here in the trenches with you. Congrats on your success and the success I see in your future! 😉❤️
