I made this tonight and it is so deliciously satisfying! I had everything on hand except garam masala, but I had the whole spices so I made my own. So yummy—Thank you so much! Loved the videos of your wedding trip to India ❤️

Absolutely delicious! I used butter lettuce instead of baby spinach as that is what I had in my fridge… a first for me as I’ve never cooked lettuce before and I was very happy with the outcome. 😚 Thank you for sharing your recipe.

I feel like a dunce! I have the hardest time cooking following videos. Any tips for people like me? Do you have the measurements written out somewhere, or do people write out the recipe while watching the video?

Cheta!! My boyfriend and I made this dish last night for us and his parents. I am from the US, but I am in Brazil because my boyfriend and his family are Brazilian. They have never had Indian food before. They LOVED the recipe (even though we used zucchini instead of spinach – because we could NOT find spinach). They had never had anything so complexly spiced. We made a simple raita to go with it and it was divine!! Thank you so much for being amazing and sharing your recipes!!

"And give good tidings to those who believe and do righteous deeds that they will have gardens [in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow. Whenever they are provided with a provision of fruit therefrom, they will say, ‘This is what we were provided with before.’ And it is given to them in likeness. And they will have therein purified spouses, and they will abide therein eternally.” (Quran. 2:25)

This is so down to earth and helpful!! I love videos that actually show how to use random stuff that's just in your kitchen. I really want to get better at cooking… but i always feel bad for the ingredients that are left over but never know how to use them.
