I can't believe you don't have Mexican cheese 😯 I live in Wisconsin so we have like every cheese imaginable here being the dairy state lol I feel like the tortellini bake I'd add a chopped fresh basil or parsley to the top for some extra flavor and color 🙂 Omgosh my family is going to love these recipes!
