That filling is thick enough that I would probably make hand pies to avoid wasting the extra puff pastry.
Couldn't find the cheddar bay biscuit mix. Stuffing gave me an inspiration. I dumped in a package of Stove Top Stuffing mix. Oh dear Lord!!!! This is a new family favorite!!!!!

I am all about conenience. But….the reliance on gravy mix and the bisuit mixture just turned this into junk food. I bet it tastes good, just not healthy.
