    These all look delcious! Thank you for sharing, Mandy. I will definitely be trying that breakfast casserole asap. I love breakfast food & I love casseroles! Also, has anyone ever told you that your husband's voice sounds like Nicholas Cage? Lol

    I make both the taco stuffed bell peppers and the biscuits n gravy casserole! Both are favorites of mine. Your version mixes in the sour cream and salsa…I might try that! I like mine stuffed in a red bell pepper

    I like to roast the peppers in the oven while prepping the filling. We like to use poblano peppers, too! Instead of halving the poblanos, I cut just a third of the pepper off so there's lots of pepper to stuff. 😊

    A switch up on the Subbie supper. I do this same recipe but use a bag of frozen meatball instead of the chicken. I leave the meatballs frozen and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Generally serve it over rice.

    Another easy crockpot chicken dish…3-4 chicken breast in the crock pot. Top with 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and a medium diced onion (I have to cut the onion into wedges so my kids can pick them out). Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 4 hours. Serve over rice.

    Hi Mandy! I’ve been watching your videos and making some of your dinners! I am having so much fun trying new stuff.
    I was wondering if you could do a video on your recipe binder. It looks like something I need. 🤍 from the Tennessee mountains…..Andrea

    The things that make a what's for dinner? A Mandy original;

    1. Grace begging for cheese (also the camera* catching Grace running into the kitchen whilst Mandy puts the cheese grater together)

    2. Cole's thumb appearing from the side of shot during reaction portions

    And 3. Mandy asking if the bowl she's using to mix ingredients is to small when the dough in said bowl has almost breached it's rim

    *= Stephen or Cole
