My hubby took me to a fancy French restaurant for Valentine’s Day. It was so gross! Lol. What can I say I’m simple lol. I think I’m gonna make some hamburgers this week and pork chops! Love your videos.

Just wanted to say I love your channel, keep up the good work. I love your plates too, Pioneer Woman, I have a solid dark fusia color set and didnt know they were pioneer woman until I was washing them, lol. But her other plates would compliment them too if i were to get them. Did you get yours at Walmart? Cuz I want some of the vintage floral ones to go with them.

Taylor- I LOVE your videos! Your cooking style/taste is definitely the same as mine. I was wondering if maybe one day you could do a dairy free edition? My hubby and I were both recently diagnosed with a dairy allergy. ☹️

I cook my chicken the exact same way! It’s delicious on its own, but I do the same thing and shred it up afterward for any recipe that asks me to cube the chicken, then sauté it on the stovetop before incorporating it into something. It just tastes sooooo much better and has a fantastic texture. Love the videos!

green, hard platanos can be cut the way you did in your video and should be cooked in a bit of oil. they are good with garlic salt or just salt right out of the fryer. the yellow ones, are sweet and should be cut on the bias and again cooked in a bit of oil. my husband likes them a bit burnt on the edges bc they have some crunch. 🙂

Plantains rule of thumb savory ones you need to be green, yellow gives you a sweeter plantain. When I can I will make video to show you the right way to make them and what there called. I’m Puerto Rican and grew up eating them all the time!
