To get your breading to stick better add a flouring station. Seasoned or plain, lightly dredge chicken in flour then into your ranch batter. Then into your breadcrumbs. The flour helps everything stick much better. Tip from the pros at Food Network. 😉 Keep up the good work!

    Italian Parmesan Crouton Crusted Chicken:
Marinate chicken breasts/tenders in italian dressing (@ least 3 hours)
Crush garlic butter croutons & parmesan cheese (I use real parmesan but you can use the shaky cheese if that's what you have on hand) in a large Ziploc bag
    Throw chicken in to coat
Bake at 375° for 20-30 mins
So simple, yet so good & flavorful

Brown thin chicken breasts in a pan, take out and in same pan, saute sliced onions and mushrooms until done. Throw chicken back in pan with a couple of squirts of Italian dressing and sprinke with parmesan cheese👍

Meal idea: We all love The Pioneer Woman's Sloppy Joes, right? Make the Joes as a filling, proof a package of frozen Rhodes dinner rolls, roll them out….fill each with 2 tbs. or so of SJ filling, pinch to close. Egg w/milk wash the tops, bake by the rolls instructions and dip them in yellow mustard with a green salad on the side. Amazing!

    Everything looked delicious 😋!
I like to make a chili gravy for a quick enchilada casserole when I’m too lazy to roll those suckers😜
    For the chili gravy use
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 cup all purpose flour
Teaspoon (or more if you like) of pepper
    Teaspoon of salt
    2 teaspoons of comino(ground cumin)
    2 tablespoons chili powder
    Teaspoon paprika
    Teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (I leave this out sometimes)
    2 cups beef stock
    *I always double this recipe since I’m a family of 5. 2 adults, 2 teenage girls & a growing 10 year old
Then just cook your ground beef separately, season salt & pepper. In a casserole dish tear up your corn tortillas, layer meat, tortillas, enchilada gravy, cheese. Keeps layering till all gone & heat up in the oven (350) till cheese is all bubbly.
I sometimes make yellow rice or pinto beans for the side. Or if I’m reaaaally not in the mood to make anything else with it, I’ll open up a bag of shredded lettuce & have one of the kids cut up tomatoes & just add that on top of the enchiladas

I’m fairly new to your channel but love your videos and meal inspiration. That’s one of the biggest things I struggle with, what to make for dinner lol! Would love to see some grill meal ideas once it gets warmer but until then how about some good old fashioned lasagna 🤤

We usually keep things simple and affordable. Pork steaks, grilled asparagus, baked and sometimes loaded potatoes…or sweet potatoes.
We love homemade Mexican pizzas with pan fried flour tortillas, ground taco beef, refried beans and then topped with salsa, pico, guac, sour cream.
    These recipes looked amazing!!

Everything looks so good! My recipe for Southwestern Chicken and Rice Casserole. Hope you choose to make it 😊
1 5 oz package of yellow rice
    1 can black beans
    1 can of corn
Half of a diced bell pepper
    1 can rotel
Half a can of cream of chicken soup
Half a block of softened cream cheese
    1 cup of cheddar cheese
About 2 cups of cooked chicken (I just grab a rotisserie to save time)
    2 tbsp of taco seasoning.
Cool rice according to directions. Then mix all together, put in a sprayed dish and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 mins.
We like to garnish with jalapeños and have some chips and salsa on the side.

Chicken Parmesan and Pasta! 4-6 thin sliced chicken breast’s seasoned with salt and pepper. Beat 2 eggs in a dish big even to dip them in. Pour Italian breadcrumbs onto a plate. Dip your egg dipped chicken into the breadcrumbs. Then, put into a hot pan with canola, vegetable, or avocado oil! Cook until golden brown and crispy :). Boil up some pasta, warm up some marinara sauce of your choice, top your chicken with some sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese and warm up in the oven until melted. Serve w/ a salad and enjoy!

Those chicken tenders look so good!!
For a meal suggestion, I suggest my sausage tortellini soup. I've got a video on it. I'd love to see what you add to it. Lately, I've been adding spinach.
