Tuesday, April 27, was my 43rd birthday. For my birthday dinner, I ate chicken wings, mac-&-cheese, collard greens and Hawaiian rolls. I drank my soft drink. For my dessert, I had my chocolate kind of cake and ice cream.

Haha did you just call your partner โ€œwee manโ€ ? That is so funny, that would probably be taken as a wee insult here in Scotland.

Yummy meals as always Stacy! The mushrooms and pizza looked delicious. Hope Tim is feeling better. I love his take on ramen noodles. When we're sick we eat Vegemite on toast and I love to eat egg things like quiche. Happy day from Sally and the fur crew! ๐Ÿ˜โค

Stacy, I loved the โ€œGreek Pizzaโ€ idea. If I can do your recipe any justice, itโ€™s gonna go in our regular menu rotation. Yโ€™all stay safe and God blessโฃ๏ธ

I loved the Greek themed foods. No way they could be bad with the ingredients used. Although I like crawfish, it's too much work for the small return. I've never thought of tuna cakes. My family always made salmon. I really like wraps. I've seen " Big Mac wraps "on other channels but I haven't tried them yet. The options are endless. I've had my eye on a Philly beef wrap recipe. Maybe I should have a different wrap each day for a week.๐Ÿ˜„ I am not a fan of sweet pickled anything. However, my aunt makes a butter pickle that is pretty good. The skillet cookie looked delicious. Lately, my daughter and I have found baby Oreos. They are a perfect one bite treat๐Ÿฅฐ I'm glad Tim is feeling better . Have a wonderful week ๐Ÿ’˜

I air fried salmon cakes and my husband loved them. Not sure why, but they held together very well. I use crushed croutons for the the bread portion. It gives good flavor. FYI. Love y'all. ๐Ÿ’˜

The โ€œsickโ€ food was interesting I did take the recipe down. In my family when we were ill we made either milk toast or milk crackers. Warm milk add butter , salt and pepper and place in a shallow dish put toast well buttered in and pour in the milk just enough for the toast/cracker to absorb and soften Same procedure with the soda crackers. This was sick food and when we started feeling better we would get the same thing but with a poached egg on top
Thank for your video I wait for it every week
Oops I forgot if you like the green beans you can make a batter with a complete pancake mix ( you only add water) coat the beans and shallow fry more economical this way

    Hello My Sweet Friend!
Always look forward to your videos on Sunday. I enjoy them.
Your tuna cakes are so creative and look absolutely delicious. I just bought those breaded green beans at Walmart on Wednesday to try. Glad you said they were good. We have not tried them yet.
What man doesn't love meat and potatoes for dinner with no green food right! Lol!! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฃ
Yum! Stuffed mortarbello mushrooms. So good. ๐Ÿ˜‹
Wow that skillet cookie looks amazing! I wanted to see the pue shaped wedge of that skillet cookie to see how yummy it looked. ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Hope Tim is feeling better now.
He must be if he went golfing and brought home crawfish. Yay! Lol.

Everything looks so good. Mark grew up eating Tuna Patties. We ate Salmon in my family. He does not like the Salmon as the flavor is too strong for him and I do not like the tuna as for me it does not have enough flavor so I usually fix both. I do a small can of Salmon and one of Tuna which usually gives me 2 or 3 cakes of each. I eat my salmon with ketchup. Mark eats his tuna on bread with yellow mustard. Hayley likes both and depending on which she eats she decides which sauce to eat with it. I will have to try the stuffing mix in them. I usually mix mine with cracker crumbs or panko and an egg. I also put chopped onion in ours. I have never added relish of mayo to mine but will try them that way. I prefer dill relish too. The only thing I use sweet relish for is to top a hotdogs. If I decide I want a grilled hotdogs or sausage I like ketchup, mustard and relish on it. Everything else looked delicious. I will have to try those green beans. I bet Mark would really like those. I cannot wait to try your Naan Greek Pizzas too. They look yummy. I bet Haykey would like them. She is having eating issues being pregnant. She cannot tolerate any meats right now so we are having to be really creative to get things for her to eat that she tolerates. I love seafood. Especially Lobster. But Mudbugs are just as yummy.

All your meals look so pretty and good! I make tuna cakes/patties often too but have not tried them with a stuffing packet yet, maybe soon I can because yours looked really good. Cheeseburger wraps are always a win here. Those flatbread pizzas look amazing and you had help grilling, winning! I have naan now so I can do something similar, good one to dream up ๐Ÿ™‚ I think I made y'all's rumien one time and really liked it. I would probably cut the noodles too, ha! Oooh skillet cookie, YUM! What a great week, have a great day.

Tuna patties yum, potatoes definitely a must have. My sister lives with me we tried the green beans in the air fryer and the oven didn't like them at all ugh. The soup has brought back so many memories when we were growing up and didn't feel good momma always made homemade broth add the noodles and scrambled eggs Italian penicillin delicious and made with Momma's love she'd always say and it works can't remember the name of the soup having a senior moment hahaha. Have a blessed evening stay safe and healthy. ๐Ÿ™โค๐Ÿ™โค๐Ÿ™.

Great video, Stacy. I have to chuckle I have never managed to wrap my head and tastebuds around tuna in fishcake form but, I love mackerel (or salmon) in a fish cake. Needed the review of your rumien, always good.
