Put your broccoli in the air fryer to roast w/ plenty of salt & garlic – guarantee Tim can’t resist! It converted my “steam veggie only” hubby to loving some variety!

I too, love broccoli and I'm lucky that Mr Picky will also eat it! The chicken and dumplings appeared to be a disaster averted and looked fabulous! Maybe you should do them that way all the time!! HAHA! Love my Silpat mat also and the Pulled Pork Tacos have got to be so good! They were beautiful!

Oh Stacy!!!!! So funny you started with your West End Slow Cooker. I've had mine for about 25 years or so, I just started using it again to help with those nights I work late. I'm not a huge fan of raw radishes but roasted in the oven of pan fried are super tasty. Nacho night….we use pull pork in nachos. Of course pickles. You can go to a barbecue joint that doesn't serve pickles on the side. Hope you are having a great week.💕❄️ kris

Amazing looking nachos. Until I started watching you tube I didn’t even think about serving nachos like that. I always put out all the toppings and my kids dug in. Your presentation looked fabulous. Love your videos!

Italian chicken looked fabulous! I’m with you Stacy. I’ve been wanting to make easy things as well. For me it’s because I haven’t been feeling 100%. We’ve been getting rain almost daily since last week & rain wreaks havoc on my body. Fish looked great! You can never go wrong with breakfast for dinner or nachos. Yum! Have a great week Stacy & Tim!

Hi Stacy. Your meals looked delicious this week. I haven't eaten radishes since I was a kid. I'll have to try them again. I like to cook meals for us as it's only for two that last for two nights. I still cook as though I have 3 boys living at home! Lol Your dessert looked yummy and Tim gave it the thumbs up! We're having baked teriyaki salmon with fried rice for dinner tonight! Happy day from Sally and the fur crew 😊💕

I think those nachos with pickles would be great! One of our local restaurants here in Canmore, AB makes a almost loaded fries with pickles and it is delicious. They put pickles, serrano chilies, scallions, cilantro, mayo and a special seasoning blend – it sounds weird but it just works!

Oh, Stacy…it was the "mushy" factor that made me give up on crock pots. Everything came out gray! LOL. But all your meals looked so good, as usual. I am so hungry for chicken ANYTHING, so your chicken and potato dish looked especially yummy. Thank you for sharing…Hey, wait a minute…where's the chocolate?? (:
